Mandatory steps for proof of funds

You must maintain the required balance in your bank account for a minimum of 3 months prior to your appointment.
- 02Post-submission security
The Czech Embassy in India frequently requests updated bank statements after your initial submission. Keep the balance in your account until your visa is issued.
- 03Third-party assistance
If you require third-party assistance with your proof of funds, notify the ahoy Wallet department at least 30 days before your visa submission date.

₹95,000 + 18% GST
The full ahoy consulting service charge, quoted before you commit to anything.
₹35,000 + 18% GST
Strictly non-refundable under all circumstances — covers initial administrative, processing and documentation costs.
The balance
Total Service Charge minus the non-refundable portion is returned to the student.
A strict protocol for every exit

Refunds are processed within 45 banking days from the date of formal cancellation or submission of visa rejection proof.
- 02Monday exclusive
To maintain organised data within our customised ERP, ahoy Wallet addresses and initiates all refund matters exclusively on Mondays.
- 03Mode of payment
All refunds are issued via Account Payee Cheques only, for legal transparency and secure tracking. ahoy consulting does not process refunds via cash under any circumstances.

01How does ahoy consulting help students with financial planning for studying in the Czech Republic?
ahoy Wallet is a dedicated accounts department rather than a side desk. It handles every student payment, publishes the full cost before you commit, tracks each transaction through our ERP, and gives you one team to ask about any invoice, transfer or refund.
02How much money do I need to show for the Czech student visa?
The embassy minimum is typically CZK 120,000. We recommend CZK 200,000, because a balance comfortably above the minimum strengthens your application. Both figures must be seasoned in your account for at least three months before your appointment.
03When are the ahoy Wallet team available?
11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Messages received after hours or at the weekend are prioritised and answered on the next business day.
04Where should I make my payment?
Only to ahoy consulting's official company bank account shown on this page — never to an individual's personal account. You receive an invoice and transaction support from the ahoy Wallet team after every payment.
05What happens to my money if my visa is rejected?
Our Fair Exit Policy applies. Of the ₹95,000 + 18% GST service charge, ₹35,000 + 18% GST is non-refundable and covers administrative, processing and documentation costs already incurred; the balance is returned within 45 banking days of formal cancellation or proof of rejection.
06How are refunds paid out?
By Account Payee Cheque only, for legal transparency and secure tracking. Refund matters are initiated on Mondays, which keeps our ERP records consistent. We never refund in cash.
07Are there hidden charges in ahoy consulting's fees?
None from our side — the quoted price is the price you pay. Costs outside our control can still move: government amendments, Indian regulatory changes, and GST, TCS or CZK–INR exchange rate shifts. We tell you as soon as any of those change.
